Founded on principles of integrity, reliability, and exceptional customer service, RPRS, LLC is dedicated to supporting experienced, independent, professional luxury ride-share drivers in the Metropolitan Washington DC and Baltimore area.

In recent years, major ride-share companies have significantly reduced the percentage of fare payments that drivers receive. They have also displayed gross negligence in the area of support for critical issues involving their platforms resulting in loss of time, energy and money for their drivers. Frustrated with customer service agents who read from scripts and provided no real solutions, he realized that the ride-share industry needed a change. Our founder, a ride-share driver with over seven years of experience and more than 23,000 completed trips, established RPRS, LLC. He intimately understands the substantial effort and costs involved in operating as an independent professional or Black/Black SUV driver. Witnessing firsthand the major companies retaining up to 60% or more of a passenger's payment and the lack of support to fix issues that arise, he was compelled to take action.

Motivated by a desire to correct these injustices, he has dedicated himself to creating a company that truly supports and values its drivers. His commitment stems from a deep understanding of the industry’s inner workings and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of independent professionals.
